Méthode lafay + course à pied + corde
Progressivement j’augmente la durée et l’intensité de mes séances. Cette évolution de mon programme dépends grandement de la santé (condition physique) de mon chien. Chaque semaine je rajoute 5 minutes de plus à son footing, bientôt il sera capable de courir 1h.
La séance du jour :
- 22 minutes de footing (bravo chnouf !)
- 4 * 3 minutes de cordes (fractionné anaérobie alactique vitesse)
- Split bas lafay (donc travail des jambes)
- 5 minutes d’étirements
Exo 6 remplacé par 3 série du max de W (mollet).

I’ve an odd situation, and I don’t know what’s causing it. I’ve a site in which I can’t seem to create a category. When I purchased the site, they had no categories in there. Each and every time I a create a category in the normal category section of wp-admin, it shows up for a minute, but then disappears. something that you guys know of that will trigger a categories to disappear? I’ve switched themes around to see if it was related to that, and it happens on all themes. I’ve looked at plugins, but can’t seem to find anything unusual there.
